Directions

put water to boil in pot - When water is boiling drop cleaned and devained shrimp and boil for 2 minutes. Take out of boiling water and drop in boil with ice and water to stop the cooking. Cut shrimp in two.
Chop peppers, red onion and cilantro and place in bowl. Add salt, tomato sauce, ketchup and lime juice and mix. Add shrimp and let it chill for at least 2 hours before eating.
