Introduction

this is a bit spicy and the calorie count doesn't include the spices b/c I couldn't find the nutrition info for dried spices...I'm not sure if they have calories but the amt is very small so I don't think it will effect the nutritional info too much.

The attached nutritional info is for the entire batch. The entire batch is equivalent to 7- half a cup servings or 3 1/2 cups total. If you have only 1/2 cup for a serving the nutritional info is as follows:
Cal = 136.4
Total fat = 11.4g
Saturated fat = 1.56g
polyunsaturated fat = 1.4g
monounsaturated fat = 7.29g
cholesterol = 0mg
sodium = 8.96 mg
potassium = 462.1 mg
total carbs = 9.39 g
fiber = 5.56 g
sugar = .33 g
protein = 1.9 g
