    1 lb extra lean ground turkey
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 green bell pepper
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1 can each black beans,kidney beans and pinto beans; drained and rinsed
    1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
    1 can tomatoe sauce 15 oz
    1 cup chicken broth
    3 TB chili powder
    1tsp each salt and cumin


Makes 16-18 1 cup servings.
Cook meat, celery, onions, and bell pepper together. Add all other ingredients and simmer for a couple hours.

  • Loves it....loves it......it was so easy to make and it come out perfect ! My kids loves the mix, this will be added on our meal plan for sure. My husband used less chili powder because of the kids. - 2/7/11

    This recipe is a home run. I have varied very slightly. I call it the recipe of ones. one pound of turkey, one onion, one celery, one can of red, black, pinto beans...this is a no brainer. The family thinks its the bomb. The key is the chile power, I add slightly more. - 1/8/11
