Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    1 t salt
    1/2 t pepper
    1 t yellow mustard
    2 T low sodium catsup
    8 Kraft free american cheese slices
    8 roman meal whole grain burger buns
    1 t onion powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain any grease. Add chicken gumbo soup, catsup and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and onion powder to taste. Place buns on cookie sheet, fill with equal portions of meat mixture, cover with cheese slice and bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
