Ingredients

    5 cups Quaker Oats
    1 1/4 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
    1 cup shredded Coconut
    2 cups dried mixed fruit (cherries, raisins, cranberries etc)
    1 cup raw Sunflower Seeds no salt
    1 cup sliced Almonds
    1/4 cup Honey
    1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar



Directions

Preheat oven to 350*.
Combine all ingredients on a large dry baking sheet. Bake for 15 min or until golden brown. Remove from oven, let stand 5 min. Serve with milk or yogurt, if desired.
Store in tightly sealed zip lock bag.

Makes approximately 40-1 oz (1/3 cup) servings.

    I enjoyed this very much. I used raisins in it. I also mixed in the honey and the splenda brown sugar before baking. This makes it crunchy and not sticky. I would definitely recommend this recipe. - 9/10/08

    skipped the brown sugar. Enough sugar w/the honey. Added craisins. Also adds sweetness. - 5/18/19
