Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 can northern beans
    1 can corn
    1 cup diced red pepper
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup cilantro
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 T sugar
    1 T olive oil
    1/2 T garlic powder
    1/2 T cumin
    1/2 T chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

rinse and drain beans
mix all ingredients gently
cover and refrigerate at least 1/2 hour
