Introduction

Ingredients

1 Frozen Pie Crust (whole wheat if possible)
6 Eggs
3/4 Cup Skim Milk
5 Oz Frozen Chopped Spinach or fresh if preferred
1 Cup Frozen Broccoli
6 Stalks Asparagus chopped
1/2 Large Onion minced
1/2 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wisk Eggs, Milk, Salt and Pepper until mixed well.
Mix in cottage cheese and cheddar cheese.
Mix in all other ingredients until blended well.
Cover crust edges with foil to prevent burning (take off 5 minutes before end of cooking time).
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
