Introduction
This is great leftover too.Chow Mein Noodles are not great noodles for being low in fat. Try to find a brand that contains little oil and shortening. This is a nice treat when you are craving chinese food.
It would also be less calories if you used Ground Turkey (I have not yet tried that) This is great leftover too.

Ingredients

1 Lb. Ground Beef (or Turkey)
1 can Low Fat Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup (3 stalks) Celery, chopped
1 cup (1 medium) onion, chopped
1 ½ Cups of Chow Mein Noodles
½ cup of Chow Mein Noodles for topping
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cajun Spices – whatever spice you like to use.
Directions
1. Preheat Oven to 375
2. Scramble fry ground beef until browned. Add seasonings, garlic powder, pepper etc. Do not add additional SALT! Drain all fat. Place hamburger on a paper towel and squeeze out any additional fat. Put into a 1 ½ Quart Casserole dish.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the ½ cup of Chow Mein noodles. Stir to mix well. Smooth top.
4. Sprinkle the extra ½ cup of Chow Mein Noodles over the top.
5.Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or to the degree of doneness you like celery and onions.
