Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground turkey
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
4 1" cubes of Gorgonzola (about 4 ounces total)
    1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1/4 cup shredded cucumber
    2 tsp chopped dill
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp garlic powder
4 wheat hamburger rolls (Walmart Bakery)

Directions

Spritz a large grill pan with cooling spray; set over medium heat. In a large bowl combine turkey, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 equal balls. Press a cube of Gorgonzola into the center of each, covering cheese completely with meat. Shape balls into patties, each about 1 inch thick. Place burgers on hot pan and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Meanwhile, mix next 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Place burgers on rolls and top each with 2 tablespoons yogurt sauce. Serve remaining sauce on the side. Makes 4 servings.

    Good
This is good, but it needs something extra for flavor. I'm thinking if I break up the cheese so it's more throughout the burger instead of just in the middle, it'll help. I might grill them to. The sauce is good. I used what was left on things like veggies and a baked potato (instead of sour cream). - 2/5/09
