    1pound whole wheat pasta
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 pound boneless skinless salmon fillet
    1 papaya, pitted and chopped
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 medium cucumber, sliced
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro
    3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    3 tbsp white wine vinegar
    3 drops Tabasco
    Pepper to taste


Prepare Pasta according to package. Transfer to bowl, add oil. Add salmon, papaya, tomatoes, scallions and cucumber. Toss
Combine vinegars, cilantro, tabasco in a small bowl, stir well. Add to pasta, toss
