Ingredients

    1 medium Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt
    1 large yam, baked, without salt
    12 oz boneless Pork chop, lean ,raw
    1 medium onions, raw, sliced
    1 cup sliced mushrooms, fresh
    1/2 can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup,
    3 tablspoons low-fat milk

Directions

Cut the boneless pork chops, into bit size pieces
and brown in skillet. Saute' onions till golden and sliced mushrooms. Toss all together. Place in a bake proof dish

Mix the milk and 1/2 can of mushroom soup together, pour over the pork, onions and mushrooms.

Mash sweet potato and yam together
Spread evenly over all.

Cover casserole and bake 350 degree for 40minutes
