Introduction

Family friendly enchilada casserole with tomato soup and green chili enchilada sauce. Cooked in crock pot. Family friendly enchilada casserole with tomato soup and green chili enchilada sauce. Cooked in crock pot.

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
    1 package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning,
    1 can Green Chile Enchilada Sauce, 10 oz
    1 can Bush's Chili Beans
    8 Azteca Corn Tortillas
    *Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz

Directions

Brown ground turkey prepare taco seasoning. Add soup, sauce and beans. Spray crock pot with cooking spray and layer rest of ingredients. Sauce, tortillas, cheese and repeat ending with a little sauce and rest of cheese.

Cook on low for 4 or 5 hours or high for one hour and low on two.
