    8.5 oz chicken
    2 cups frozen stir fry vegetables
    1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
    1/4 cup water
    Ginger to taste

Directions

Cook the rice in a rice cooker. Brown chicken. Add vegetables and teriyaki sauce and water and cook until vegetables are tender.
