This is a nice refreshing way to drink your water and get extra fruit in. Blueberries are in season now and can be successfully frozen. Ingredients

1 cup fresh Blueberries
juice of 1 lemon or lime
lemon or lime slices
Bottled water
Directions
2 ice trays (yields 28 cubes)
Evenly divide blueberries into cubes of trays. Use one tray if you desire more berries per cube. Add juice of lemon or lime to water. Fill trays with water. Freeze.
To an 8 oz glass of cold water, add 2 blueberry cubes and 1 slice of lemon or lime. Enjoy. Drink water and as ice melts, eat your berries. Kids and adults love these.
If adding more blueberries, remember to calculate extra calories.
