    1 cup Cool Whip (or any whipped dessert topping)
    1 cup of canned pumpkin
    1 pkg (4 servings) sugar free vanilla pudding mix
    2 tsp ground cinnamon


So Simple! Mix everything together in a large bowl. I spoon the mix evenly into 4 small bowls and freeze. This mix also tastes amazing unfrozen and eaten like pudding :)
