Ingredients

Beans, red kidney, 1 can (15 oz)
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 can (15 oz)
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .5 can (15 oz)
Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) chopped
Dressing:
Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp
Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp
(or 3 tbsp juice from lime pickles)
*Kraft miracle whip regular, 2 tbsp
Directions
Drain and rinse beans and chickpeas. Combine with drained corn, onions, and celery in bowl.
Mix enough vinegar and sugar (or pickle juice) with Miracle Whip to yield a nice creamy consistency (like cole slaw dressing). Shake well in small covered container to mix. Add to bean mixture and stir to coat evenly. Chill and serve.
Makes about 6 1-cup servings.
