Introduction

Ingredients

    1 box Jiffy Raspberry Muffin Mix 7 oz.
    1 can Dole Pineapple Slices 8 oz.
    Brown Sugar
    Butter

Directions

Place 12 paper muffin liners in muffin pan. Spread 1/2 a pat of Butter in each liner. Sprinkle 1 tsp of Brown Sugar over Butter. Prepare muffin mix per instructions on package. Spoon equal amounts of the batter into the muffin liners. Bake at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown on top. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Place muffins upside down on plate and carefully remove the paper liners. Enjoy as is, or sprinkle with a very small amount of powdered sugar!
Makes 12 muffins-approximately 118 calories each
