I wish Spark People would list the sugar content in the nutritional info. Sugar is a HUGE culprit against the battle of weight loss and many health issues. - 2/27/13

I will make this again, my husband really liked it. I thought it was a little sweet. It was too much for my crock pot and I think I have a very large pot. I think next time I will only use one can of tomatoes and another onion and cloves of garlic. It does make a large batch and good for leftovers. - 3/5/09

  • Cooked it on top of stove instead of crock pot. Worked great. Made mine with green beans and low sodium tomato sauce. Cut the recipe in half. We loved it and will make it again. Thank you. - 1/28/17
