Ingredients

    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    * Onions, raw, .5 large (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    * Cucumber (peeled), 2 cup, sliced
    * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper

Directions

Place tomatoes, cucumber, onion, green bell pepper, and jalapeno in food processor (or blender) and pulse until liquefied.

Add remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth. Chill and serve cold. If soup is too thick mix in water 1 TBSP at a time.

Heat up if you want a hot soup. ENJOY!
