Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Mini Babybel (original flavour)grated
    6 fresh Jumbo Eggs
    0.5 cup fresh Red Peppers cubed
    0.5 cup fresh Green Peas
    1 large Portabella Mushroom diced
    0.5cup Broccoli florets
    1 ripe Tomato diced
    3 tbsp.chopped Shallots
    1 medium stalk of Celery diced
    2 cups Whole Milk
    1.5 pat of Butter(unsalted)
    Salt to taste
    2 cloves of Garlic (chopped finely)
    12 wholewheat Dinner Rolls


Directions

Heat butter in a heavy bottomed pan on a slow flame and lightly fry the chopped garlic till soft.Add chopped Shallots and fry till transclucent. Add all the Vegetables and salt to taste and steam till done.Whisk the Eggs ,Cheese and Milk together.Pour over the mixture in the pan and fold in gently.Stir gently till it thickens.Serve immediately with the Dinner rolls allowing 2 rolls per person.
