Ingredients

    3 lb Ground Turkey, 1/2 Onion, 1 Lg can Enchilada Sauce, 2 cups Tomato Sauce, 1 can Chili Beans, 1 can Black Beans, 1 can Kidney Beans, 1 can Green Chilis, 1 can Mexicorn, 3/4 bag Shredded Cheese, 1 container Sour Cream, 1 bag Fritos, 1 can sliced Black Olives, 1 pack Chili Powder

Directions

Makes 12 2 Cup Servings
Brown Turkey with onions, add Chili Seasoning, Beans, Sauces, Green Chilis, and Corn to make a chili base. Layer the bottom of a large caserols pan with Fritos, crush them down a little, save a few for the end. Spoon the Chili mix on top of chips. Add 1/2 the cheese on top. Bake for 30 to 45 min at 350 degrees. Add sour crream, then cheese, then olives on top. Put some more Fritos around the edge of the casserole. Bake another 5 min. Enjoy.
