This is an easy recipe that doesn't require a lot of ingredients. It's not super high in calories and lower in sodium. Ingredients

    1.5 lbs Lean Beef Stew Meat from Trader Joe's
    1 6oz. can of Organic Tomato Paste from Trader Joe's
    1 lb Fresh Organic Roma tomatos chopped
    2 cups Organic, Low Sodium Beef Broth from Trader Joe's
    2 medium onions chopped
    2 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    10 garlic cloves chopped
    1 Tbs. Chili Powder or to your taste
    1 Tbs. Pepper or to your taste



Directions

1- Brown Stew Meat in 1/2 Tbs. of oil.
2- Chop tomatos, onions & garlic.
3- Add ALL ingredients to crockpot and mix.
4- Cook on low for 8 hours.
