Ingredients

    Crust:
    See my graham cracker recipe.

    Filling:
    2 Cups Sugar Free Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding
    1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
    1 Serving of My Graham Cracker Recipe
    4 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
    1 tsp Coconut Flavor

    Meringue:
    3 Egg whites
    1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar,
    6 tsp Splenda

Directions

Shape ingredients from graham cracker recipe into crust (within a pie pan) and bake until done.

Prepare pudding on store top as directed. Once done stir in coconut, coconut extract, and Whey. Use to fill crust.

Combine meringue ingredients in a large metal bowl and beat with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Use to top pie, bake under broiler until golden. Let cool before serving.
