    1 10 ounce thin-crust Italian pizza crust
    olive oil flavored cooking spray
    5 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 (2oz) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese or blue cheese
    1/4 c chopped fresh basil or oregano


Preheat oven to 425
Place pizza crust on ungreased baking sheet, coat crust with cooking spray. Top with tomato and remaing ingredients. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
