makes 1 serving

Coursely grind the wheat. Mix with a sprinkling of water. Roll in your hands until pellets form. Sift and rewet any wheat that falls through the strainer. Continue until are wheat is formed into pellets. Leave out to dry. Steam over stew or broth until tender.
