    2 lbs stew beef
    10 med potatoes cut into chunks
    1.5 cups baby cut carrots
    1 onion sliced
    1 gallon water

Directions

sear the beef. add cut up potato and baby carrots and sliced onion. pour in water. cover and cook on med for 1 hour.
