    1 can drained chickpeas
    1 clove garlic
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    liquid from draining


Add chickpeas garlic oil and lemon juice to food processor. Blend until smooth adding liquid if necessary

  • I liked these meatballs - very tasety and filling. I have eaten three this week and will freeze the other three. I substiuted Equal Brown sugar instead of the real thing - I could not tell the difference in the flavor. - 2/6/08
