Ingredients

2T unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup cream
2T butter (unsalted)
4oz (125gm) cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla (or to taste)
1 T erythritol (or 3T Splenda, but the carb count will be higher)
Directions
Melt butter in a small saucepan.
Add in cream and cream cheese (you mgiht want to softn it first), then whisk until smooth.
Heat until bubbling, stirring continuously.
Reduce heat once bubbles form, then add cocoa, sweetener and vanilla. Blend well.
Pour into buttered dish, and refrigerate for at least four hours, until firm.
Cut into 8 pieces for 1 gram effective carb per piece. Yum!
