Ingredients

1 cup porridge oats
1 cup jumbo oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/2 cup hazelnuts -- roasted
1/4 cup almonds -- roughly chopped
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1/4 cup clear honey
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
Directions
Preheat the oven to 275F. Mix together the oats, seeds and nuts in a bowl.
Heat the oil and honey in a pan until combined, the remove from the heat. Add the oat mixture and stir, then
spread out on one or two baking sheets
Bake for about 50 minutes until crisp, stirring occastionally to prevent the mixure from sticking.
Remove from the oven and mix in the raisins and cranberries. Leave to cool, then store in an airtight container.
Makes 12 servings. Great mixed with yoghurt.
