Introduction

I used my vitamix to add all liquid ingredients. Flax and sesame seeds were pregrounded. Used brown banana.
Toasted nuts.
Put dry ingrediants in bowl and mix together.
Add liquid ingrediants and mix
Put in 9x12 pan
Bake at 325 for an hour, or until done.

    4 C navy beans
    1 C soy milk
    4 T sesame seeds ground
    32 drops (1/2 tsp) Stevia
    1/3 C canola oil
    2 T flax seeds ground
    1/4 C vanilla
    1 T soy sauce
    3/4 C organic sugar
    1 C whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 C cocoa unsweetend
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    1 T Baking Soda
    1/2 C walnuts or your favorite (toasted is good)

Directions

Cut in 16 pieces 238.5 each
10 grams fat
34 grams carbs
8 grams protein
9 grams fiber
9 grams sugar
