Ingredients

11 oz Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1.5 cups White flour
1.5 cups Whole Wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast

1 cooked chicken breast, diced
3 slices turkey bacon, browned and crumbled
1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup pasta/pizza sauce
Veggies if desired (onions and peppers go well with this recipe)
Directions
Put the dough ingredients in the breadmaker according to directions (liquids, then flours, then sugar, salt and yeast in a little well in the middle). Set Breadmaker to "Dough" setting and start machine.
While dough is being made prepare chicken breast and turkey bacon, if not already cooked and chopped up. Chop up any veggies.
Preheat oven to 350F
When dough is done, turn onto floured surface and knead until elastic.
Spray a pan with cooking spray and spread dough evenly over pan.
Spread pasta sauce in middle of dough leaving at least 1.5 inches from outside all the way around. Pile chicken, bacon and cheeses on top of sauce.
Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch at the top to seal. Be careful not to tear the dough.
Cook in oven for 1/2 hour - 45 minutes or until the crust is evenly brown and slightly hollow sounding when tapped. Remove from pan and slice.
