Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 544.3 grams
    Hillshire Farms Italian Smoked Sausage, 7 oz
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped

Directions

Wash and dice the broccoli
Chop the leftover baked potatoes into bite sized chunks, (I used 6)
Slice the sausage into bite sized pieces
Fry Garlic in Olive Oil on medium high until it begins to brown.
Add the Sausage and fry until it begins to brown
Add in the potatoes and broccoli and cook until the broccoli is done to your taste.
This makes 4 servings
