Ingredients

    1/2 C Splenda
    2 Tb cornstarch
    1/8 tsp salt
    2 C fat free milk
    1/3 C Cocoa powder
    2 egg yokes
    2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

In a sauce pan over medium heat add splenda , cornstarch, salt and cocoa powder. Mix . Stir in milk gradually. Heat until it thickens,
While the pudding is heating beat 2 egg yokes in a separate bowl and set aside. After pudding has thickened pour half of the hot pudding into the egg yokes and mix well then pour this mixture back into the sauce pan and heat until it boils. Stir while it boils for about 1 minute and then remove from heat and add the vanilla. Divide into 4 servings. Enjoy. You can eat warm or chill it. I put mini chocolate chips for a garnishment. Its about 126 calories per serving depending on how heavy you go on the garnishment.

    Incredible!
This really satisfies my chocolate craving! I found it just the right amount of sweetness and not grainy at all like another review said. I used a whisk to stir it, maybe that is why? - 2/23/19
