Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Salmon Filet (I prefer Atlantic)
    1 medium Lemon (halved)
    .5 tsp of margarine
    tinfoil

    Optional sides:
    Wild or brown rice
    Asparagus

Directions

Place salmon filet on tinfoil.

Squeeze juice of 1/2 of the lemon onto one side of the filet

Serve with wild or brown rice and steamed asparagus.

Flip the filet over and repeat.

Add margarine to topside of filet.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

    Loved it! It was quick and easy and very tasty. I found the way my Salmon came made it difficult for me to know what would constitute 1/2 a fillet. I prefer to be able to weigh my meat so I can calculate calories easier. - 6/18/09
