Ingredients

    1 lb haddock
    1 cup skim milk
    4 tablespoon flas seed meal
    1 slice whole wheat bread
    1/4 ounce almonds
    1 T paprika

Directions

Dip fish in milk. make dried bread into crumbs. mix with flax seed meal and paprika. Dredge fish in crumbs. Bake for 12 minutes at 450 degrees
