Introduction

Yummeee...I made this up one day because I wanted to eat fresh spinach but do not like it plain. I also didn't have any salad dressing. Found the salsa and it just went from there. Good stuff!! Ingredients

    4 Cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
    1 Can of Chicken
    4 TBS Pace Chunky Salsa
    1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    McCormick Chicken Taco Seasoning (w/1/2 Cup of water)

Directions

*Makes approximately 3 2 cup servings.

-Wash Spinach and put on plate
-Cook Chicken, Taco Seasoning and water per directions on seasoning packet.
-Put cooked taco chicken on bed of spinach
-Add cheese, salsa, and any other toppings you like.

I eat it just like that. You can add whatever other toppings you make like (onions and tomatoes are a great addition). Also great inside of a tortilla shell.
