    1/2 C. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
    1 3/4 C. APPLE SAUCE (UNSWEETEN)
    2 C. BRAN BUDS 100% BRAN
    2 C BOILING WATER
    8 TBLS DRY CULTURED BUTTERMILK MIXED IN 4CUPS WATER.= 1 QUART BUTTERMILK
    4 EGGS
    4 CUPS ALL BRAN CEREAL
    5 C FLOUR
    1TSP SALT
    5 TSP BAKING SODA

Directions

POUR BOILING WATER OVER BRAN BUDS LET SET.
MIX TOGETHER OIL, SUGAR, APPLESAUCE, EGGS, BUTTERMILK, AND ALL BRAN. sIFTY DRY INGREDIENTS AND ADD TO OTHER MIXTURE. FOLD IN SOAKED BRAN. mAKES 4 QUARTS. CANSTORE IN ICE CREAM BUCKET COVERED FOR UP TO 4 WEEKS. BREASE MUFFIN TIN WITH PAM SPRAY AND FILL 2/3 FULL. BAKE AT 400 DEGREES 15-20 MINS. MAKES 48 SERVINGS.
