Ingredients

    Kora od bjelanjaka
    9 bjelanjaka
    300g šećera
    1 žlica jabučnog octa (ja stavila voćni ocat)

    KREMA
    9 žumanjaka
    4 žlice šećera
    4 žlice oštrog brašna
    2,5 dl mlijeka
    3 vanilin šećera (imam domaći pa stavila 3 velike žlice)
    250 g margarina (stavila 200g)
    4 dl slatkog tučenog vrhnja ili 2 male casice
    voće prema želji; ovo sam ja stavla
    3 kiwia
    2 banane
    500 g jagoda



    Ingredients:

    CRUST MADE OUT OF EGG WHITES
    Egg white, 9 small
    Granulated Sugar, 300 grams
    apple vinegar, 1 tbsp

    THE CAKE CREAM

    Egg Yolk, 9 small
    Granulated Sugar, 4 tbsp
    Wheat flour 4 tbsp
    milk 1 cup
    Vanilla sugar, 30 grams
    Margarine, hard, 200 - 250 grams
    Whipped Cream, pressurized, 1.68 cup or 4 deciliters

    FRUIT USED
    you can use any kind of fruit this is what most people use for the cake

    Kiwi Fruit, 3 fruit without skin, medium
    Banana, fresh, 2 small
    strawberry, fresh 500 grams about 2 cups




Directions

Kora:
Umutiti čvrsti snijeg od bjelanjaka, dodati šećer i jabučni ocat te dobro umutiti. Peči u dobro nauljenom limu, prekriveno alu-folijom koja se isto treba nauljiti. Peći na 150 stupnjeva dok kora ne poprimi nježno žutu boju. Ohlađenu koru lagano odvojiti od alu-folije i uzdužno prerezati na tri jednaka dijela.



THE CRUST

whip egg white until the you get stiff firm peaks add sugar and apple vinegar, mix well. bake in a preoiled pan, cover with aluminium paper ( oil the inside part of the aluminium folia paper too )
bake at 300°F until the crust is lightly golden
cool crust and gently remove aluminum folia paper
cut into 3 equal parts ( depending what shap of a cake ur making)


Krema:
žumanjke umutiti sa šećerom, dodati brašno, mlijeko i vanilin šećer, lagano kuhati da se zgusne. U ohlađenu kremu dodati margarin i pjenasto umutiti.

Stir into egg whites the sugar and add the flour, milk and vanilla sugar
cook until cream thickens
let it cool
after the cream cools add margarine
whip the whip cream ( we use the brand HOLE in europe)

Slaganje:
Na dno staviti 1/3 kore, premazati kremom, na to složiti kolutiće od banana. Preliti sa 1/3 čvrstog šlaga ( od vrhnja ) Staviti slijedeću koru pa složiti kremu, narezane jagode i šlag , te na zadnju koru namazati kremu naslagati kolute kivija i šlag te na kraju cijeli kolač premazati ostatkom šlaga. Ledeni vjetar poslužiti dobro ohlađen.

at the bottom of a plact place the first crust part and place a layer of cream on top of that add banana then add on top of that whipped cream
then add the second crust, place a layer of cream, on top of the cream place strawberries and on top of that add whipped cream,
then add on top of that the last crust piece and add the a layer of cream then add kiwi and the add a layer of whipped cream.

and eat :D
