Ingredients

    1 lb browned 93% lean ground beef
    5-6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 16oz bag shredded coleslaw mix
    2C frozen corn
    1 16oz bag frozen beans, or mixed vegetables (I used oriental mix with green beans, broccoli, onions, mushrooms)
    34 oz hot style V8 vegetable juice
    1 can diced tomatoes with juice
    2T Worcestershire sauce
    1T basil
    1/4 t black pepper
    1 beef bouillon cube
    6 cups water

Directions

Brown ground beef , mix all ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on high 4-5 hours, or 8-10 hours on low
Makes 19 1 Cup Servings
