    Ingredients:


    Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Splenda, 1.5 cups
    *Pie crust, standard-type, frozen, ready-to-bake, unenriched, 1 crust, single 9" (remove)

Directions

This is so easy. cut up whole lemon, remove all seeds, throw the entire lemon in blender, add remain ingrediants, except pie shell. blend well! pour in crust and bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Watch toward end to make sure it doesn't over brown, just want it to lightly brown. Remove from oven let cool on counter, then in fridge, cut and eat makes 8 servings.
