5 minute prep time!!! Something easy for a busy day that you can just throw in the crockpot/slowcooker and go. Beef is substituted with Veggie Crumbles, but you won't even miss it. Ingredients

    Cambell's Tomato Juice (46 oz can)
    Sliced Carrots (14.5 oz can)
    Whole Kernel Corn-no salt added (15.25 oz can)
    Cut Green Beans-no salt added (14.5 oz can)
    Lima Beans (14.5 oz can)
    Sweet Peas-no salt added (14.5 oz can)
    2 medium potatoes, cubed
    Morning Star Veggie Crumbles (12 oz bag)
    1/2 tbsp of ground ginger (optional)

Directions

Just throw all ingredients into a large crockpot/slowcooker and simmer on low for 6-8 hours. *easy, filling, and delicious*
