Introduction

I took the shrimp pasta by psycofreak and made a few changes to a couple of ingredients and cut the calories about half I took the shrimp pasta by psycofreak and made a few changes to a couple of ingredients and cut the calories about half

Ingredients

    8 oz wheat pasta
    20 large shrimp
    8 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 cup chicken broth
    10 oz spinach thawed
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    2 cloves garlic
    salt pepper to taste

Directions

cook pasta

heat large skillet to medium high heat'add cream cheese and chicken broth 3 or 4 min till cream cheese is melted and blended well
add parmesan cheese, garlic and salt and pepper to taste
add shrimp stir untill cookes or heat thru if using frozen shrimp
add spinach and stir well
drain pasta add shrimp mixture
