Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 package pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls
    3 cups sliced zucchini
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 sprig fresh dillweed
    1 tsp parsley
    2 T butter
    1 cup colby/jack shredded cheese
    2 egglands best eggs

Directions

Press crescent rolls into a greased pie plate. Saute zucchini in butter and garlic until tender. Add spices and half of cheese. Spoon into pie crust. Poor beaten eggs over top and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 6 servings.

    Incredible!
    This is a great recipe we've been using for years. We use mozzarella cheese and coat the rolls with mustard. I have never used dill in my recipe. - 9/29/13
