Ingredients

Tuna, Canned in Water, 10 oz
Cream of Mushroom Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz)
Milk, nonfat, 2/3 cup
Cheddar Cheese, .75 cup, shredded
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
Parsley, dried, 2 tsp
Black Pepper, .5 tsp
Paprika, .5 tsp
Carrots, cooked, 2 cup slices OR 1 16-oz bag Frozen Sliced Carrots thawed
French Style Frozen Green Beans, 16-oz bag, thawed
Whole Wheat Noodles, 1 bag cooked & drained
Directions
In a large skillet conbine tuna, soup, and milk. Stir in cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper, and paprika. Mix well to combine. cook over medium heat, stirring often, until cheese melts. Add carrots and green beans. Mix well to combine. Stir in noodles. Continue cooking,stirring often, until mixture is heated through.
Notes: For a cheesier dish you can double the cheeses but this will change the nutrition into.
You can easily change up the veggies with whatever frozen ones you have desire or have on hand.
Freezes well.
