Ingredients

    1 pound ground sirloin
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cooked brown Minute rice
    1 (10 oz) pacakge frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
    1 c. reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    3/4 t. salt
    1/2 t. crushed thyme leaves
    1/2 t. ground black pepper
    1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
    1 t. Worcestershire sauce

Directions


Brown beef and onion in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in rice, borccoli, 1/2 c. cheese, salt, thyme, pepper, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Turn into greased (Pam!) 2 quart baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F 20 to 25 minutes.
