Ingredients

    Sugar 1/3 cup
    eggs 2
    salt 1/2 teaspoon
    flour 1 1/2 cup
    butter 1/2 a stick

Directions

I like to put my eggs in first and wisk them with the salt and then put the sugar in and I then put my flour in and mix everything together. preheat your oven to 350 and when that is heating you can put your butter in an 8x8 pan and put it in the oven. I like to check on my crepes often so that they don't get to dark on top.

fresh fruit and reddie whip go really good with this meal.
