Introduction

Satisfying, filling, sure to hold you over until lunch every day for a week! Satisfying, filling, sure to hold you over until lunch every day for a week!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1.5 cup of mixed grains (I picked oatmeal because it's cheapest)
    1 cup dried fruit
    15 egg whites
    Cinnamon to taste
    3x21g packets of peanut butter

Directions

1. On Sunday, mix the cereal and dried fruit in a big container.
2. Every morning, measure out 1/2 cup of the mix, whisk in three egg whites and lots of cinnamon and other spices
3. Microwave to your preferred consistency, until egg white is cooked
4. Top with peanut butter
5. Eat and enjoy being full.

    Incredible!
    I don't like peanut butter, so I leave that out, but I do love the egg whites in the cereal. The texture is wonderful, it's very filling, and has extra protein without the extra fat. Thank you! - 2/25/09
