Ingredients

2 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
6 tbsp minced red onion
0.5 c. diced celery
0.5 c. diced fresh green apple
0.25 c. light mayo (not Miracle Whip!)
2 T slivered almonds
salt, pepper, celery seed to taste
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Best the next day if you have time to let it sit.
