Ingredients

    7 oz Chicken Breast cubed
    1 cup of brown rice
    1 egg
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1/4 soy sauce
    2.5 oz frozen broccoli
    1 cup peppers, green yellow and orange
    1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
    1/2 cup frozen peas



Directions

Brown chicken and sauted vegetables separately and set aside. Cook rice according to package directions. Brown rice in frying pan and mix in chicken and vegetables. Throw in egg and then add soy sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes. Makes 4 1 cup servings.
