Ingredients

    1 lb skinless chicken cutlets
    2 tbs olive oil
    1/8 chopped almonds
    1/8 parm cheese
    1 tbs thyme
    1 cloves garlic finely chopped
    1/2 panko
    parsley
    Mix all dry ingredients together. cut chicken into 4 pieces.
    Salt and pepper chicken. Dip chicken into olive oil and then into panko mixture. Bake at 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then broil on both sides until brown.
